Is the Apple Cider Vinegar a big deal to deal to health?

By Joan Wilson

I can’t tell the many times I have heard the claim about the Wonders of Apple Cider Vinegar … well I must admit that I was curious enough to check out its virtues and yes… I have been drinking it in the mornings with some nice results.

Don’t take my word for it…here are some benefits which I have taken the time to research for you…you can do some further investigations on your own.

Apple Cider Vinegar has been used to ease digestion, aid in flu prevention, reduce inflammation, regulate pH balance, ease nausea and heartburn, as a staple in detox regimens, and for a number of skin conditions—including reducing acne and smoothing wrinkles.

Research also shows that the strength of the Apple Cider Vinegar lies in its alkalizing effect.

Even though Apple Cider Vinegar is acidic (like a lemon or lime), it creates a perfect alkaline environment in your body that is the exact opposite of what most diseases require to thrive.

Among the other benefits of the Apple Cider Vinegar are promoting your well-being, preventing hair loss, treating bladder infection, alleviate allergies, reduce varicose veins, lowering your blood pressure and soothing a sore throat.

Ok now that you have been sold on its benefits it’s on to its usage. DON’T drink it as it. Ensure you mix it with water – two table spoonfuls to a glass of water and you are good.
