Legendary Jamaican reggae singer Toots Hibbert is battling for his life at the University Hospital of the West Indies in Jamaica.
The singer who is said to be showing all the signs of COVID-19 is awaiting the results of a test taken.
Toots from Toots and the Maytals fame, according to his publicist, Claude Mills was transferred to the UHWI on Tuesday.
“Toots is fighting for his life and his family is asking for prayers,” Mills said.
It was revealed on Monday that the singer was awaiting results from a coronavirus test after displaying symptoms.
