Study shows US Firms Moving Jobs to Canada

A study done by Envoy Global has shown that companies plan to hire more H-1B  candidates domestically, but the jobs are now being shifted to Canada.

The study which focused on immigration trends showed that US companies are moving jobs to Canada are on the increase as they want to avoid the confusion surrounding the status of the H-1B and other work visa programs.

The study shows that about 65 percent of respondents say Canadian policies are “more favorable” than the ups and downs of the U.S. program(s).

Others responded that they are considering Canada as an expansion location for new recruits.
