Popcaan has revealed that the next Unruly Fest will take place in 2023. The “Unruly Boss” put to rest any rumours that the event might take place later this month in a statement to his official Twitter profile on Monday.
“To my loyal fans and family, Unruly Fest will not be happening until next year, so in the mean let’s just pull up to the National Stadium December 18. Dat is it! #GIHE,” his tweet read.

Popcaan made a reference to the eagerly awaited performance on Sunday that will feature Burna Boy, a star from Africa. Performing at the occasion, which is a stop on Burna’s “Love Damini” world tour, will also be Popcaan and Lila Ike. Burna Boy will perform at the concert for the first time in Jamaica.
At the end of December, Popcaan’s native parish of St. Thomas hosts Unruly Fest. The COVID-19 epidemic, however, has prevented the event from taking place since December 2019.
